Shopware list price: display, import and maintain the 30-day price

The list price shows the discount, but Shopware only displays it under certain conditions. This page explains why it is sometimes missing, how to set it for hundreds of products and how to maintain the lowest price of the last 30 days alongside.

What the PIM does here
  • List price for many products in bulk editing: fixed price, percent above the selling price, surcharge in euros or remove.
  • Only sensible values: a list price is only set when it is higher than the selling price.
  • Find errors: a filter in the product list shows products whose list price is below the selling price.
  • 30-day price: you maintain the lowest price of the last 30 days in the detail view and for variants, gross and net.

Why the list price is not shown

Shopware only shows the list price when it is higher than the current selling price. The most common reasons why it is missing:

  • List price equal to or lower than the price: for example after a price increase that did not move the list price.
  • A price rule applies: if an advanced price applies to the customer, the list price of that price row counts, not that of the default price.
  • Variant with its own price: if the variant has its own price, it also needs its own list price.

In the PIM you find the first group with one click: the filter for invalid list prices lists all products whose list price is below the selling price.

Setting list prices for many products

  1. Select products: by filter, for example a category or a manufacturer, or as a saved preset.
  2. Open bulk editing, tab "Prices & stock", action "List price".
  3. Choose the type: fixed amount, percent above the selling price or surcharge in euros. At the end of the campaign: "remove".
  4. Confirm: before the change a snapshot saves the old state, one click undoes everything.

Via file it works with the listPrice column, see Import Shopware 6 prices.

The lowest price of the last 30 days

Anyone advertising a price reduction in the EU usually has to state the lowest price of the last 30 days. Shopware has its own field for this. In the PIM it appears in the detail view as "Lowest price (last 30 days)", gross and net, as well as for variants and in the quick view. Via CSV the column is called regulationPrice.

No legal advice: which information your campaign needs is best clarified with your legal advisor. The PIM only makes sure the values are maintained quickly and for many products.

How do I remove list prices after a campaign?

In bulk editing with "Remove list price" for all selected products at once.

Where do I maintain the lowest price of the last 30 days?

In the detail view and for variants in the field "Lowest price (last 30 days)", via CSV in the regulationPrice column.
