Shopware price list as PDF: per customer group, with variants and product numbers

B2B customers ask for a price list to file, with their prices and product numbers. Shopware cannot do that out of the box. With the Catalogues add-on in the PIM it is created straight from the shop data, for each customer group and optionally for logged-in dealers only.

What the PIM does here
  • "New price list" creates a price table: product number, name, price and, where present, list price.
  • Prices per customer group: sales channel, language and customer group define the prices, calculated with their price rules.
  • Variants as their own rows below the main product, with their own number and price.
  • Dealers only: visible to logged-in customers or certain customer groups, as a download in the shop.

How the price list is built

  • Chapters from categories, saved filters, dynamic product groups, manufacturers or your own selection, for example one chapter per product group.
  • Price table with a header row in your colour, alternating row shading and properties as an extra line below the name.
  • Images in the table if you like, as a small thumbnail per row.
  • Cover and clickable table of contents, logo and colours from the shop.
  • Price note gross or net, matching the customer group.

Always current instead of an Excel export

A price list from an Excel export is outdated with the next price change. In the PIM chapters and design stay saved. If prices change, you generate the price list again with one click, and the link in the shop stays the same. The PIM counts downloads per price list and in the dashboard.
