Use Case
Shopware product data sheet as PDF: download on the product page
Especially with technical products, customers want to print, pass on or file the data. With the Catalogues add-on the PIM creates a PDF data sheet on the product page from the shop data, without you maintaining a file per product.
What the PIM does here
- Download button on the product page, below the cart button, below the description or in both places.
- Always current: the data sheet is created on request from the current product data.
- Selectable details: product number, EAN, manufacturer, manufacturer number, dimensions, weight, content, delivery time, description, properties and variants.
- In the look of your shop: logo, colour, font, company name and footer from the settings.
What the data sheet contains
- Header: product name, "Product data sheet" and the as-of date.
- Image and data side by side, optionally with an image gallery below.
- Price: as in the shop for the logged-in customer, with list price, unit price and tier prices, or without prices at all.
- Description, properties and variant table with product number and price per variant.
- QR code and link to the product page.
Set up in three steps
- Settings, catalogues, data sheet in the shop: "Activate data sheet" and choose the position.
- Select the details and decide whether prices appear.
- Test data sheet: enter sales channel and product number, open the PDF, only then activate it in the shop.
Cost
The product data sheet is part of the Catalogues add-on: try free for 7 days, then €29.99 per month or €287.90 per year, net. The same add-on includes PDF catalogues and price lists.
