Three fields, many products, one pass

In the video, several products are ticked and changed together in a single window: they are marked as topseller, their stock goes up by 20 and their prices drop by 10 %. In standard Shopware that would mean opening every product separately; here it is one action.

Before anything is written, the PIM saves the previous state as a snapshot and asks for confirmation. If something still goes wrong, the snapshot brings the old values back. The selection does not have to be built by hand either: narrow the list with filters or a saved preset first, then tick the products.

Features in detail

All areas in one window

Master data, assignment, prices and stock, shipping, SEO and custom fields sit in tabs of the same dialog. Depending on configuration and permissions, AI & texts, generate variants, clear fields and delete are added.

Flexible price changes

Prices can be set to a fixed value, raised or lowered by a percentage or an amount, or calculated from the purchase price plus a percentage or amount.

Snapshot before every run

By default the PIM saves the current values before writing. Snapshots are listed in the config matrix under the Snapshots tab and can be restored there.

Progress and cancel

During the run the dialog shows the current phase and progress, and the run can be cancelled. A confirmation step before applying is on by default and can be configured.

What shops use bulk edit for

  • Seasonal price campaigns for a category or brand, applied in one run instead of product by product.
  • Aligning delivery times, manufacturers or shipping data for a whole product group.
  • Generating texts with ChatGPT or Claude and translating them with DeepL for many products at once.
