What the video shows

  1. Catalogues and price lists as PDF, straight from your shop data.

  3. Prices follow sales channel, language and customer group.
  4. Product links and QR codes lead straight to your shop.
  5. Each chapter pulls its products from a source: a whole category or products hand-picked via search.
  6. The page view shows the chapter instantly.
  7. After a short brief, the AI designer suggests style, colour, typeface, cover and texts.
  8. Adjust colours, headers, backgrounds and cover layout at any time.
  9. The AI creates a matching cover image and writes the foreword.
  10. The check flags products without image, price or text.
  11. The PDF is built page by page in the background, ready to download.
  12. Selected products in the product list become a catalogue instantly.
  13. Price lists as a compact table, ideal for retailers and trade customers.
  14. Publish in your shop with one click, on a dedicated catalogue page with SEO texts written by AI.

From your product range to a print-ready catalogue

Catalogues and price lists are often still built with layout software, exports and a lot of manual work. In the video, the catalogue takes its data straight from Shopware: prices, images and texts come from the chosen sales channel, language and customer group. If something changes in the shop, you simply generate the catalogue again.

The video covers the whole process: create a catalogue, fill chapters from a category and from a targeted product search, design it with the AI designer, add a cover image and foreword by AI, check and build the PDF. After that come a catalogue from a selection in the product list, a price list as a table and publishing on a dedicated catalogue page in your shop.

Features in detail

Chapters from seven sources

Category, dynamic product group, preset, manufacturer, product search, content page or free text. Product chapters are shown in 2, 3 or 4 columns, as a list or as a price table.

AI designer with a brief

A short brief turns into a suggestion for style, colour, font, cover, chapters and texts. Nothing changes before you click "Apply".

Links and QR codes to your shop

Product names and images are clickable in the PDF, and every product can get a QR code to its product page. With a campaign name, the PIM adds UTM parameters to all links.

Catalogue page in your shop

All released catalogues of a sales channel appear on one page with viewer and download, visible to all visitors, logged-in customers only or selected customer groups.

Tips for everyday use

  • Run "Check" before generating: products without image, price or description show up before they end up in the PDF.
  • Create a price list with the right customer group for trade customers. The PIM then calculates prices with that customer group's rules.
  • Fill chapters with saved filter presets from the product listing instead of picking products one by one.

Frequently asked questions

Is the catalogue feature included in the PIM licence?

No. Catalogues is a separate add-on with its own licence. Trial and booking run right inside the PIM under the Add-ons tab, and a valid PIM licence is required.

Where do prices and texts in the catalogue come from?

Straight from Shopware: from the chosen sales channel, language and customer group. If a price changes, you simply generate the catalogue again.

Can I release catalogues to trade customers only?

Yes. Under "Visible to" you choose all visitors, logged-in customers only or selected customer groups. This applies to the catalogue page and the download link.
