Shopware CHECK24 integration: your products on the CHECK24 marketplace, straight from the PIM

The CHECK24 marketplace collects its sellers' offers as a file. With the CHECK24 for PIM add-on the PIM creates this offer file from your Shopware products, with images, properties, price and stock, and keeps it up to date every 15 minutes.

Test mode: the PIM simulates CHECK24 in your own shop. Upload, sync, test order, shipping and cancellation notices run as if real, but nothing is sent to CHECK24. The PIM fills missing credentials with sample values. When you delete the test data, test orders are removed and the stock is booked back.

Set up the Shopware CHECK24 integration in four steps

  1. Register as a seller: sign up at the CHECK24 marketplace as a seller.
  2. Select products: via presets, product groups, manufacturers or categories and upload them. Uploaded products appear in the file.
  3. Enter the file address: you enter the address of the offer file from the PIM in the interface credentials at CHECK24.
  4. Let it run: the file is recreated every 15 minutes, and CHECK24 collects it regularly.

Which products go to CHECK24

You put the selection together from the same building blocks you already use in the PIM: filter presets, dynamic product groups, manufacturers and categories. All sources are combined, a product only has to match one of them. Optionally inactive products and products without stock stay out. Before uploading, the PIM checks every product and shows missing or invalid EAN, duplicate EAN, missing title, missing description, missing image and missing price right in the list.

Your own CHECK24 texts, also by AI

The texts for CHECK24 live in the PIM in a separate marketplace language that inherits from your base language. Empty fields show the shop text, your own texts apply only to CHECK24 and are not visible in the shop. So CHECK24 gets a fitting title (up to 150 characters) and its own description, without changing your shop.

At the push of a button the AI writes title and description per main product, with tone (factual, promotional, technical, friendly) and your own instructions. It uses the AI provider from the PIM configuration (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Mistral), or a separate account just for marketplaces.

Prices, stock and files every 15 minutes

The CHECK24 price is based on the sales or list price of your shop, with a percentage mark-up, a fixed amount and rounding. For stock you subtract a safety buffer. The PIM recreates the files every 15 minutes, and CHECK24 collects them automatically.

Scheduled discounts for CHECK24

You create discounts in the PIM per marketplace: as a percentage or fixed amount, for filter presets, dynamic product groups, manufacturers or categories, with start and end. The discount applies only to CHECK24. When it starts or ends, the new prices go to CHECK24 within 10 minutes. If several discounts apply, the lowest price wins. In the product list you filter by running and planned discounts.

Orders via the CHECK24 seller portal

CHECK24 does not deliver orders to shops via an interface. You handle orders in the CHECK24 seller portal. The PIM makes sure product data, prices and stock there are always up to date.

Several accounts and countries, errors by email

For each marketplace you create as many accounts as you need, for example another country. Every account has its own credentials, products, prices, categories, sales channel and number range. When creating one you copy the settings from the existing account. If you like, the PIM reports errors during sync, order fetch or upload by email, bundled.

What does it cost?

CHECK24 for PIM is an add-on for the PIM with its own licence. You test it in the PIM under the Add-ons tab free for 14 days, and the trial ends automatically. After that it costs €19.99 per month, cancellable monthly, or €203.90 per year, which is €16.99 per month. All prices net. A licence for PIM for Shopware is required. CHECK24 fees and the costs of your AI provider are billed to you directly by them.
