Shopware marketplace integration: Amazon, eBay, OTTO, Kaufland, Zalando and more straight from the PIM
Sell your Shopware products on eight marketplaces and all Mirakl marketplaces such as Conrad or MediaMarkt, without a connector service and without maintaining data twice. The PIM maps categories by AI, syncs prices, stock and discounts every 10 minutes and brings orders and returns straight into Shopware.
- Eight marketplaces from the PIM: Amazon, eBay, OTTO, Kaufland, Zalando, Mirakl (Conrad, MediaMarkt, Decathlon and more), Galaxus and CHECK24, straight in the Shopware admin and without a connector service.
- Categories and attributes by AI, own marketplace texts as a separate language.
- Prices and stock every 10 minutes, price rules with minimum margin and scheduled discounts per marketplace.
- Orders, returns and invoices in Shopware, reports with fees and margin, shipping labels for DHL, GLS and DPD.
Eight marketplaces, each its own add-on
Every marketplace is its own add-on with its own licence. You only book what you need and test every marketplace free for 14 days first. Six marketplaces run via their API with order import, Galaxus and CHECK24 collect the data as files.
Which feature is available on which marketplace
All marketplaces share product selection, marketplace texts, price rules, scheduled discounts, several accounts and test mode. What is possible after the sale depends on what the marketplace offers via its interface.

How the Shopware marketplace integration works
- Connect: enter the credentials and test the connection. Without a seller account, use test mode. You add further countries as additional accounts.
- Select: define products via filter presets, dynamic product groups, manufacturers or categories. The PIM checks EAN, category, required attributes, title, description, image and price.
- Categories and texts: map shop categories to the marketplace categories, with suggestions by AI. Optionally your own marketplace texts, also by AI.
- Upload: upload the selection or single products, with status per product in the list.
- Let it run: the PIM syncs prices, stock, discounts and orders every 10 minutes and returns every 30 minutes. If you like, it reports errors by email.
Every setting in detail is in the guide to marketplaces.
Why from the PIM and not via a connector?
Marketplace connectors are separate services with their own data storage, often with fees per order or per product. The data then lives twice, and every correction has to happen in two places. You already maintain products in the PIM. The marketplace integration uses the same data, filters and AI texts, and orders arrive where you handle them anyway: in Shopware.
- No fee per order from the PIM, only the fixed licence per marketplace.
- Data stays on your server, the interfaces are called directly with your credentials.
- One place to maintain: price and stock changes go automatically to all active marketplaces.
Marketplace categories and attributes by AI
Amazon, eBay, OTTO and Kaufland require their own category and required attributes for every product. In the Categories tab every shop category gets a marketplace category, and subcategories inherit the assignment. The automation searches for matching categories, the AI picks the best match, and you accept the suggestions with one click. Attributes come from manufacturer, EAN, manufacturer number, properties or fixed values. On Amazon this also creates new products via product types.
Marketplace texts with AI, separate from the shop
Marketplaces have their own rules for titles and descriptions, eBay for example only allows 80 characters. The PIM therefore creates a separate language per marketplace that inherits from your base language. Whatever stays empty comes from the shop, your own texts apply only to the marketplace. The AI writes them for the whole selection if you want, with tone and your own instructions.
Price rules, competitors and scheduled discounts
The marketplace price is based on the shop price with mark-up, fixed amount and rounding. A minimum margin makes sure no price falls below purchase price plus fees. On Amazon and eBay the PIM can adjust the price hourly to the lowest competitor or the Buy Box, on Kaufland it sends the minimum price for Smart Pricing.
Scheduled discounts are created per marketplace: as a percentage or fixed amount, for presets, product groups, manufacturers or categories, with start and end. When a discount starts or ends, the prices go out within 10 minutes. On Zalando it becomes a promotional price.
Orders, returns and reports in Shopware
The PIM creates orders as Shopware orders, per marketplace and account with its own inactive sales channel and number range (AZ-, EB-, OT-, KL-, ZA-, MK-). In the order list you filter by marketplace and recognise every order by its logo. Shipping with tracking number and cancellations go back automatically.
- Returns with stock back, credit note on the invoice and confirmation at the marketplace.
- Invoices and credit notes uploaded to the order automatically.
- Reports with revenue, fees, refunds, cost of goods and margin, plus payouts and best sellers.
- Customer messages answered in the PIM with AI reply suggestions, and review requests after shipping.
- Shipping labels for DHL, GLS and DPD straight from the order, on Amazon also via Buy Shipping. FBA orders and stock for Amazon.
